At first glance, it seems unkept in some areas. We had no problems there. Lots of trees. Full hook ups. But some of the electrical hook ups were in disarray. You had to go search for the site with your amperage. They did not have 30/50 amp on each site. Electrical boxes were poorly maintained. Sandra was very helpful. Had something fixed asap. There are washers and dryers there. We would stay there again. We were in a motor home.
Sandra the new property manager is absolutely a great leader and always trying to improve and help others. I have helped her with events for the children and great fun games and surprises. I recommend this park. I have never had any problems at all.
I have been on this property 19th months.My husband travels and not only is it convenient to Greenwood it’s also very clean and maintenance is great.
My experience is that this increase from $190.00 to $200.00 a month is not fair. I don't see anything done to increase the operating costs and my wife and I are retired and on a fixed income. We aren't getting any increases on our Social Security checks and and Medicare increased on us . You people ought to be giving me a military discount for being retired from the military instead of increasing our lot rent. Besides if you increase our lot rent then the park should be responsible for cutting our grass also. It's hard enough to maintain our mobile home on our fixed income much less maintain the grass and everything else, electric bill and so fourth. If you will not give us a Military Retired discount than you should not raise our lot rent. This is not fair and you people know it!!!!! Also the roads suck because they are not graded properly and not filled properly. If you would stop using this place as a tax write off and maintaining the park properly than i could see this increase, maybe black top the roads. Don't say anything about the so called play ground equipment because i do not have kids and didn't need it.
I give 5 stars to sandra. She's been very awesome. If I have any questions or need help with anything she tries her best no matter how much time it takes to get it done or whatever so does good.compared to the last guy we had she is the greatest and the things she doing for our lil community is just the greatest. She keeps it quiet here. If I have any problems which is rarely she is right own it or telling me what to do to solve it which is great. I appreciate her for all she does and she's the nicest person. Thank you sandra. I love it here.
My family lives here and I would have to say that all the others who ran this park didn’t do what needed to be done and there was no change but since the new manager has taken over things have changed for the better and a lot of the garbage has been taken care of and I would say a nice place to stay if you have any problems they will be took care of ASAP I go here every year around Christmas and have seen a tremendous change in how things used to be compared to now
